#Justice4Khadijah
Ty ladies for your stories. I am from Covelo. I personally know Khadijah’s family. It’s been 7 years. We get the run around Tribe can’t do anything without consent. Law enforcement cant do anything with tribes consent….. please look up Trent James on YouTube The Khadijah Britton story. He is no retired and tells much more about what happened that night
Love this show
Great work ladies
Real and Vital
This podcast is a heavy lift for anyone trying to tell these stories. This is so clearly a deeply personal labor of love. Thank you so much for your passion and dedication to MMIW. Your families should be so proud!!
Much needed podcast
I see the bad reviews that say “talking at the same time” but let me hear those who are commenting do a podcast. These ladies are speaking on important topics and the important information is being stated. I appreciate them putting themselves out there and addressing a topic that needs a plethora of attention. My opinion, they are doing a great job and I appreciate them speaking about this topic, especially for the families. Absolutely love this podcast.
Excellent
Well done. I love the conversations that go a little deeper. Binge listening
I love listening to these ladies
These women are authentic & relatable. I sincerely appreciate the work they are doing. They make me cry on the regular. This is a great podcast. I pretty much binged every season. Thank you.
This podcast is so needed!
Wonderful job ladies with telling the stories of those who don’t get nearly enough (or any) coverage. I’m hoping that your fan base continues to grow and that more listeners can spread the word.
Keep up the resilience.
Keep it up ladies. We can never forget these women and every single one of these stories should be big news in every paper and newscast in the country! We need to do better by our indigenous people.
Great podcast!
I just stumbled upon your podcast after trying to find information on Pepita Redhair. I am now three episodes in and am truly hooked. Thank you for all the hard work you do in bringing awareness to these tragic cases.
Everything I look for in a podcast
Love this podcast! Has everything I love rolled into one! Thanks for sharing and remembering our native women - hope one day this podcast is not needed because our native women are no longer victims in tragedies. Please put the book name and author of the book recommendation in the show notes of Episode 25, I am intrigued!
Favorite Podcast
I absolutely LOVE this podcast. You can feel the passion behind the cause through their words. I try not to check daily for new drops but sometimes I just want more! Lol.
Great podcast
I love this podcast! The hosts are so passionate about MMIW and it’s mission and bringing these stories to the forefront.
How can we contact you?
Trying to figure out how to contact you guys to cover another recent case in Bemidji, MN. NEVAEH KINGBIRD missing since October 22nd 2021… family still searching. Please cover this one. Love your podcast, keep being a voice for these women.
Great show
How can we contact producers of the show to give stories we would like to be covered. I’ve been involved with matches for MMIW since my friend was murdered by her significant other and her death was ruled a suicide by SF police department. #Justice4JessicaAlva
I’m so happy to find this!
I’m a new true crime blogger & the MMIW movement is something I really wanted to focus on, but there’s not enough information. I really hoped to be able to do a series of stories all their own on MMIW but I couldn’t find anything to write detailed stories on their cases. I really hope you don’t mind me using your podcast as a source to help further the information. I’m of predominately Cherokee ancestry & grew up with my great grandmother telling me all about growing up in the 30s with a white dad & native mom. I hate she went through what she did & if she were still here she would hate to see this. She made our family proud to be Cherokee & taught us all she could about our background & culture.
Everyone should listen
Thank you for the insight, education and getting these stories out there. I have listened to all of your episodes and only heard of one of the women before listening. You are doing important work and getting the names and stories of these women out there in a respectful way with an important perspective. I hope you keep growing and get lots of support!
Important listen!!
The work y’all do is so important. THANK YOU for educating people like myself on the epidemic of MMIWs.
