MURDERED: Jocelyn Watt & Jade Wagon

Jocelyn Watt, 30, was a young Arapaho woman living on the Wind River reservation in Wyoming when her life was cut short in a double homicide alongside her boyfriend Rudy Perez on January 5, 2019. It would be a year later when her sister Jade Wagon, 23, was found dead 30 miles away from her home under suspicious circumstances yet ruled accidental by hypothermia.
Their mother, Nicole, and sister, Tianna, remain steadfast in their fight to ensure Jocelyn and Jade receive justice. Their work includes highlighting the inequities and discrimination that women of color face in obtaining adequate media coverage.
