MISSING: Ricarda Tillman-Lockett

MISSING: Ricarda Tillman-Lockett

Ricarda Tillman-Lockett was born on the Winnebago Indian Reservation and was a member of the Winnebago Indian Tribe of Nebraska when, at 18, she left Sioux City, Iowa, for the big city. Four years later, in February 2007, she would leave work one day and never be heard from again. While her family believes they know who might have the answers to her disappearance, the police do not have enough evidence to arrest anyone.

At the time of her disappearance, Ricarda Tillman-Lockett was 5’2 and weighed 120 pounds. If you have any information, please contact the Memphis Police Department at (901) 373-3883.
